FlavorDJ Terms of Use

Effective date: July 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of the FlavorDJ website and iPhone app. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iPhone app.

1. Using FlavorDJ

You may use FlavorDJ for personal cooking and recipe organization. Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.

2. AI-generated content and food safety

FlavorDJ uses AI to generate recipes, images, answers, substitutions, timers, and cooking guidance. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Check ingredients, allergens, temperatures, doneness, storage, and dietary requirements yourself. FlavorDJ is not medical, nutritional, or professional food-safety advice.

3. Accounts and your content

You are responsible for activity under your account. You retain your rights in content you provide. You give FlavorDJ permission to process that content as needed to provide and secure the Service. You can delete your account from Settings in the iPhone app.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple. The price and billing period shown before purchase apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting your FlavorDJ account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its policies.

5. Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Online and AI features may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, usage limits, or third-party services.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FlavorDJ does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, safe, or suitable for your circumstances. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@flavordj.com. Review the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
